My reservation was JUNIOR SUITE with 2 BEDROOM. It was unclean and full of insects, cockroaches and ants. There is no telephone in the room to communicate with them and it is very difficult to communicate with them. Also, when booking for four people, the room includes breakfast. They tell you that breakfast is included for two people only and you will pay for the rest of the people. This policy does not exist when booking or not. They know how to speak English

Overall great experience staying at Menteng Park Exclusive Emerald. - Friendly staff with express early check-in - Cleanliness and super spacious room for the price - location is perfect (morning walk and indoor pool) - the view from the room is amazing Recommended for long stay.

Registered under Verawati Stayed for 2 nights, overall - I will give v.good. Front Desk, Mas Adam, I will give Excellent, room services Excellent. Breakfast Moderate. But the waiter's services are V. Gd. Parking offers on the application are misleading. If it is meant for an overnight stay then it should be mentioned clearly.

Made a booking through a web site, came at night, the phone number I got in my booking email confirmation was not answered even though the reception is opened 24 hours. I had to scramble and get creative about how to get attention of someone responsible in order to check myself in as there are no signs and people I met were generally not helpful (I think cleaning and engineering staff). Internet sucks, better use your own data. Aircon was super dirty (but they cleaned it on my request). Gym is good! There is a washing machine and a microwave. Tv screen is above average size, I think about 40''. Unit is small but clean and furniture well maintained, sufficient for a single occupant or perhaps even a couple.

This place is a madhouse. The lifts don’t make sense and there are dozens of them - staff all dissappear completely for hours at a time, nobody is helpful, and if you need anything you will probably end up sleeping on the sidewalks. We entered to a filthy bed with blood stains on the sheets, got locked out and nobody was at the door, we tried to go through the desks looking for some way to access and they are full of old candy bar wrappers and remote controls. It’s actually like what would happen if you stayed in a hotel in a cartoon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
