Unbeatable location, secure, clean rooms, very helpful staff (24 hour front desk), confy beds and fast wifi! The free walking tour on weekends is the best complimentary service I have ever seen. I have never stayed in another hotel that include that service (The tour is in English and the guide is well-versed in the history of Lisbon). I stayed in this place because I saw it recommended on various travel sites and they were definitely not wrong.

The staff was so nice and helpful. They spoke really good Spanish and English :) Also wasn’t expecting the complimentaries to be free, I was surprised. I guess the only downside is that the rooms are connected by the balcony, so be really careful by closing the balcony door before leaving your room.

Our stay at Mera Prime Gold was incredible! When we made our reservation at this hotel, they were informed that was our honeymoon. So they made a great atmosphere with rose petals, sweets and a beautiful note. The staff was sooo kind, with a great smile! The breakfast was good and the location the best! Thank you so much again!

Room was very cosy. Clean and tidy with comfy bedding and a room safe. Bathroom was clean. The hotel is a short walk from a metro and a number of local sites of interest. Be aware that the hotel is located in a privileged area of the city of Lisbon next to the River and above the roman ruins of the city of Lisbon, called "Baixa Pombalina". Due to it's location, there may sometimes appear in the hotel a characteristic smell, influenced by the low tides of the river. It is a situation that unfortunately affects all this area of the city and to which the hotel is not responsible for.

This place is all about the location! Rooms are small and there were issues with the air conditioning during our stay. No real food offerings of note at the hotel, but plenty of places close by. Hotel staff were freindly and helpful. Hotel is located in a touristy trap area, so be aware of your surroundings.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
