It may be a nice looking hotel, we stayed for new year's eve/night. Breakfast next morning was 8am until 11am so a bit later than normal. Dud the staff forget it was a later start? Was the breakfast food put out early? It was a help yourself buffet. We got down just after 8am but the food was already stone cold! The scrambled eggs were like set, cold jelly. The tea and coffe hot water urns were lukewarm. Little plastic sachets of foul tasting sauce. It was horrible! The orange juice was watered down too. You could tell. Not a very pleasant breakfast for what we paid for everything. The place wasn't even busy for New Year. Just me and my partner and a few other people. The previous night too a large glass of wine was not large at all! Very disappointing. I sent them an email but nobody responded. The owner or manager responds to reviews in a very cold generic Bot manner.. if you see this please answer my email!! l

We got room on 4th floor. Lift was broken and additionally we didn't get a key. Every time we needed to ask someone to open the door. In the bathroom was mould on bath, missing grouts what you could feel under your feet. On windows also mould. Location was good, quite close to shopping centre. For price what we had paid we expected something better. I can't recommend it.

Booked as a overnight stay for after a show. Lovely welcoming staff, very helpful and quick service. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was amazing. Plenty storage. View over union terrace garden is lovely both day and night. Slight noise from clubs across the train track but thats to be expected for a Saturday night in the centre of town. Breakfast was buffet style help yourself and plenty to choose from and served hot. Check in was 2pm slighty earlier than most places I've stayed and check out at 12pm definitely helped as we had a snooze after breakfast.

The hotel is over 100 years old and it shows. Great staircase with decorated ceilings and creaky floors, resident ghost and centrally located, even if Union Street is not what it used to be. But room was cramped, breakfast was OK but nothing special.

Gorgeous hotel rooms amazing with great views. Bed and bedding spotless and pillows very Comfortable Bars area lovely tea and coffee served when required. Dinner and breakfast amazing. Great location central and within walking distance to town centre shops and bus station

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
