An enjoyable stay in an excellent suite. Just over 2 km from the centre of Bordeaux with easy transport links and parking available subject to height limit. Very good food and helpful and friendly staff. Two problems; one within the control of the hotel the other not within their control but sorted to our satisfaction by them. The problem within the control of the hotel was that the mattress was very firm. This is a good point for youngsters but a problem for 76 year olds with aches and pains.

We stayed for a family room of 4, the room is big, but a bit dark for me, but CLEAN. The bed is super king size bed and comfortable! The AC works good. The bathroom is very good, big shower and a bath with good water pressure! Free parking service during summer vacation at the hotel. You need to walk like 30min to the center or take a tram which is located 10min walk. Overall is a good place to stay for a stopover.

How is this a four star hotel? Two star is more like it. Dark, old and dingy room with NO Aircon. Smelt strange (strong perfume) - maybe its the carpet cleaning? The immediate area is surrounded by building works - so not really easy to traverse. We spent one night then cancelled. Avoid!

We booked this hotel specifically because it had a restaurant inside but when we got there, the restaurant had closed early. Hugely disappointing. The room itself was updated and we couldn’t hear our neighbors, which is always a plus. The AC didn’t work well, though. Even set to 15C, it didn’t blow out much cool air and the room was quite warm throughout the night.

My first stayed in this hotel. Very nice, well located at the west of bordeaux. Nice lobby and very well maintained room. I will use it again to test services.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
