Nice hotel. We arrived very late as our flight was delayed, a big thank you to night receptionist Thomas who was very welcoming and friendly even in the middle of the night. Good staff overall. Rooms seem a bit old but are comfortable, especially the beds. Air conditioning was not working very well but was just cold enough. The swimming pool and the garden are a big plus, our kids loved it there! We’ll be back!

I do not recommend the hotel or the location. The smell of the bedroom is intoxicating (like pesticide spray). The windows are difficult to open, basically impossible. The curtains are not wide enough to block out the sunlight, causing a restless sleep. You can hear every noise from outside - the doors slamming. They do not offer basic complementary shampoo, lotion or toothpaste. The atmosphere is very cold. There was no TV remote, we had to ask for it. There are no English Tv channels. The hotel is in a very industrial area, far from everything - no good restaurants or shops around. Housekeeping does not knock before entering the room. Way too overpriced for what it is, definitely not a 4star hotel, more like 2 star. The staff are friendly and the pool was clean.

Disappointing hotel, definitely not worth a 4*. It looks worn and it is. Stains everywhere on the carpet, the chairs on the wall. Much too limited seating outside, all chairs and sunbeds always occupied with towels. For business, great check-in and check-out option through the app. Breakfast is okay, but busy with children. Card to open door was always defective. Invoice was not correct and the employee had no idea why not. Tired staff. Parking is okay and so is the connection to the city.

Full of bugs. Do not stay here. Sewage smell throughout the hotel and our room. Rooms are dirty with smashed mosquitoes all over walls and ceiling. Management acknowledged these issues but never sent me the refund they promised. They are dishonest.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
