The hotel itself was decent; staff were pleasant and the room was tidy (although the shower was a bit rubbish). The car park was atrocious though! Incredibly narrow with tiny spaces. As we left via the dimly lit stairwell, there was a heavily drugged man on the landing using intravenous needles. We opted instead to jump in the lift, which smelt strongly of piss. You can't be a 4-star hotel if this is your only car parking facility, surely!

I really like it here, we've been twice now. I preferred the first stay in August 2022 vs January 2024. The bed was more comfortable and the rooms seemed to be freezing this time! We had 4 rooms between our group and every room was really cold. There were electric radiators and blow heaters in them which I thought was strange but I guess it's because they knew the rooms were cold. Breakfast was stunning, the nicest hotel breakfast I have ever had. However the price was a ridiculous £17.95pp and I would not pay that again no matter how nice it is! Location is fabulous, 5 minute walk from the harbour and 50% of the reason we stayed a second time

Fantastic hotel located in a really good spot in the city centre. The room was lovely and had everything you needed, even a ironing board and iron. Shower was so so nice, rainfall head as well as a normal head if you rather use that. Bed was really comfortable and the TV was a really good size in the room. I booked parking and it was nice to know it was right next door to the hotel. I had a small car so it was fine, but spaces are a little bit on the small size as well as the bends to get in and out.

We've stayed here several times in the past and it was never "Grand" but ok. This time however... ugh! To start with- staff: 5 star, excellent service, friendly, helpful, couldn't ask for better! Lovely people, hope they are being treated fairly and paid well. Rooms: this time giving it 2 stars. Stains on the carpet, broken aircon, RATS in the walls (kept me up all night by screeching and running around), fire escape hadn't been cleaned for years (discarded tissues, food wrappings, probably why there were rats). Great TVs and nice deep bathtubs or walk-in showers. The metal doors on the wall cabinet are a horrible idea, whoever thought of this needs to be sacked. They make so much noise when opened and closed!

Location was great, close to pubs and bars. There’s a little Tesco round the corner and some good coffee places. The service was lovely, really helpful! Our room was a little small apart from that every thing else was nice!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
