        Very nice hotel, great location as in walking distance to city centre. Bus stop is also closeby. Parking is a bit difficult. Hotel room was very nice, but the heating wasn’t working properly so we got a portable heater, which worked absolutely fine. The staff was outstanding and super friendly. The room could have been cleaned a bit better, as they didn’t hoover during our stay and also didn’t change our used tea cups or spoons. But all together we can highly recommend the place.

        We come pretty often in this hotel, at least few times a year. But this time very disappointing. After a long day of driving from North West we checked in around 21:30. When we got in the room it was freezing, so we wanted to put the AC on heating, on our surprise it didn’t work. You could hear the wind blowing through the window- it is during storm Isha- . My partner called the reception and they offered us a small fan heater and an extra blanket. The small heater seemed like a safety issue to us as you could not leave it all night on. We asked for a different room , which we been offered 3 rooms to choose but from our surprise- in none the heating was working. We were asked if we want to stay in the most warmest room from all 3 and they could provide us a bigger heater which can be left all night. We agreed on that as after a full day of driving all we wanted is some rest. When They brought the bigger heater, I asked specifically if it can be left on all night without causing any issue. We been told that of course as this heater won’t heat up and “is just like a phone left in charger”. When the lady put the heater in socket - guess what- it blew . So then I said this cant be used . She said she will be looking for another one but after approx 10 min she let us know there is no other heater available. Then i looked online on reviews and this it seems to be an issue for few weeks now. We decided to book somewhere else on last minute . Now almost 23:00 and we are ready to rest in a nice warm room in a different hotel. I totally understand is not the reception fault for this, however it seems to be an issues for a while and we did mention to them that they have reviews regarding this and it seems that its been reported by other people . Really disappointed.

        A lovely hotel that we would stay at again. We stayed for 3 nights Wednesday- Saturday. Our room was very clean and well laid out. Housekeeping were efficient each day. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, we had breakfast for two of our mornings - it’s a little expensive (save money by booking a space the day before) but its got a wide selection of food and is buffet style so you can have as much as you want and whatever you want which is nice! Hotel is in a good location a 10 minute walk to the main city centre. Overall a lovely stay and I would recommend!

        The hotel is a bit far from the main city. You could walk but it's better to take the bus, and the bus stop isn't too far from the hotel. There are several cafes/pubs/stores nearby. The hotel is small. We changed our room thrice yet every single room didn't have a bathroom where the lock was functional.

        Breakfast is perfect Location is good The rooms are okay, but the heating system is not working and the two rooms we are staying are really really cold. The coldest room we’ve stayed in our lives. This is really disappointing and I don’t recommend this hotel at all only because of the heating system. It’s not normal December 4 degrees outside temperature, the temperature inside the rooms to be 10-12 degrees. And the only option to offer you a heater on wheels. Don’t recommend.
