I worked in Dubai Maritime City and stayed in Mercure Gold hotel. Rooms are nice, laundry service is so cool. Everything is hung on hangers bright and shine in covers. The restaurant is outstanding with a very friendly staff, especially Priyesh who has arranged fantastic service for me. Very helpful and respectful man. I really recommend this hotel for business and vacation.

The advert fails to mention there are TWO nightclubs in the hotel - both of which play music very loudly until 3am. I was on the second floor and I couldn’t sleep without ear plugs. I mentioned to the receptionist about this and to be fair she did offer to move my room, but by the time this happened I was half way into my stay and it didn’t seem worth it. I have seen reviews that mention the nightclubs and the owner’s response is that they will look into it… but clearly they aren’t able to do anything. It seems more emphasis is on the clubs than the hotel, neither of which they mention when advertising the hotel. There was something on the bathroom mirror which looked like blood which I ignored until I looked at the room service menu and noticed there was blood on there too. Not ideal!! The majority of the staff were very nice and welcoming, but some receptionists didn’t quite fit that.

I stayed in this hotel with my family, the hotel is exceptional in the housekeeping service, they always keep towel creation to surprise us. Sorry I forgot the name I liked the boys as they were prompt, the service was at its best. Room was clean, neat and tidy. Bathrooms were fresh and hygienic. Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. The pool was also clean, they had enough towels for us. The place was great. Mr. Rahul met us during our stay, & he took care of the needs and requirements of us during the stay. Will surely come back and stay here again.. Must visit.

The hotel is situated at a very great place and the ambience is truely amazing. I really liked the people in housekeeping and the team who is taking care of cleanliness in hotel they have a very beautiful fragrance coming in the corridors. The rooms are clean, bathroom is clean with full set of amenities. The rooms are having a amazing fragrance as soon as you enters. Housekeeper Mr. Rahul is just amazing in taking care of our stay and ensuring we had a comfortable experience. Thanks team housekeeping for the experience
