        The best thing about this hotel is the location. I stayed in the long term section for a month and found it to be too outdated. Kitchen is so old. Kitchen equipment are old and don’t even function well. Lights in the room don’t work properly however staff attempted to fix and were helpful. Water in the shower is either too hot or too cold. I was so hard to give a shower to my toddler. I had to mix water from different sinks to make the temperature warm. I won’t recommend this hotel especially when you have a small kid like I do.

        It is the little things overall at the hotel itself they should learn to make the stay better. Rooms (we had a 3 room suite) are very well equipped and maintained. Update: we expressed our concerns about our rooms at management and they immediatly took actions to make our stay memorable. Since then the rooms are spotless and very well taken care of. 2 thumbs up for customer care and service!!

        We have been living in Mercure Hotel Apartments for almost a year now. it's very convenient and clean. Their staff are amazing and cooperative, specially Ms. Anam (long stays Desk Supervisor). We are really thankful to you for all your support. The hotel is ideally located, Just next to the metro station (Dubai Internet City). We booked a one bedroom serviced apartment and the room is really spacious and has a great view of the city. The hotel staff are very hospitable and friendly and are always ready to help. Over all, it is a very pleasant stay in the hotel.

        5/5 stars for location. This place is right by the Internet city metro station and this will make life convenient. We checked in just after midnight and we were welcomed very warmly by the bellhop and at the reception we had to pay some tax before checking in and we were directed to our apartment. We asked for extra pillows and they came promptly. All the rooms have direct access to the balcony, and are very comfortable, though kitchen needs an uplift. The travel consultant assisted us with activities to do at a discounted rate, and the staff were generally helpful. In the lobby there is a perfume stop and the sellers are very annoying! There are many elevators but it may take long to get from your floor (up to 10mins sometimes). There are some restaurants downstairs and a bar too, and generally the staff is always helpful. We never tried out the pool or any other amenities because we were always going out. We generally enjoyed our stay at this place and will have no problem coming back

Service was incredible, especially I forgot the name housekeeping supervisor mabey pardip thanks to him went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and ensure our experience is fantastic. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding. Location is also great, walking distance
