        I was disappointed as part of accor brand I expected more. The rooms are in bad need of a refit, limited wall socket, curtain were ripped. It felt it was last refitted in the end of the 90s. Breakfast at 21 euro per person is ridiculous. We walked down the road to trendy brunch place and had breakfast at 2/3 of the price for x2 quality. We need extra pillows we had to come collect them from reception. For the price was disappointed in this hotel.

        I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel Duesseldorf City Nord and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Firstly, despite requesting a non-smoking room with two separate beds, I was allocated a room with a single twin bed that reeked of cigarette smoke. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the staff, no action was taken to rectify the situation. The lack of responsiveness from the hotel staff was particularly concerning. It seemed that my concerns were not taken seriously, and no effort was made to accommodate my requests. I believe that customer satisfaction should be a top priority for any hospitality establishment, and my experience at Mercure Hotel which belongs to Accor Group, fell far short of my expectations. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving their customer service and fulfilling guests' requests in the future. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my personal experience. P.S. Parking is 15€ per day.

        Was there with a few friends, everyone had a room of their own and none of our air conditioners worked. You could switch it on and of but it did not cool the room down. Combine this with summer and our rooms being on the fourth floor and it was quite unpleasant. But the staff were super friendly and rooms were always cleaned well.

        Right away when I enter the this hotel I felt welcomed by the front desk Associate. Well... the furniture lobby is very small, not very cozzy and there are only a few sitting pieces if you are meeting with a big group of people only six people can sit down. But going to my room I found it to be very clean, cozzy and confortable all around. To me, it was perfect since I just use the room to sleep and take a shower. Breakfast was perfect as well. Also, we had a small issue with booking and Ahmad and "Harry, two young (night shift working students) solved that small issue with such professionalism and lovely attitud, they did such a great job.

        We stayed in this hotel for a week. We are not satisfied. There was not wi_fi in the room. The connection was really bad and weak. The hotel was not close to the city centre. In the same conditions, a hotel could be found in the Friedrichstadt district (close to the centre), with Wi-Fi. We are not satisfied.
