        That is the DIRTIES HOTEL EVER!!! Never go! Ever! My Mind is questioning how this hotel is a 4 star under Mercure Group Hotels. I killed a bug in the room, then they changed my room and I share the pictures from the new one! Horrible experience ever!

        The worst Mercure I visited. Dirty walls in corridors and rooms, air-condition or heating system permanently switched off. The receptionist gave me some heater- noisy one. Something was stinking everywhere. Breakfast rather poor for Mercure standard. Never again. Definatelly it does not deserved for 4 stars and Mercure name.

        Simply pathetic. The Staff at the reception won’t respond. There is no AC. It was hot in the room. When I complained about the AC not functioning the staff told me that it doesn’t work anywhere in the hotel. He promised to provide a fan but never came back. The night staff didn’t know English so communication was tough. WiFi is slow even if you opt for so called faster internet by 10 paying Euro. Coffee maker was also not working.

        Extremalnie long check-in. Waiting for one your because the room weren’t ready yet. And the man at the reception don’t speak english.

        It is not a 5 star hotel but the service and the kindness of the crew were perfect. It had my dinners there and food was very delicious and affordable. Rooms are clean and prices are affordable. The crew is international I would like to special thanks to front desk crew. I lost my laptop and they helped me like their laptop was lost and they were polite always.
