Very unpleasant service. I was travelling for work, the good thing it's was that the place was near by the exhibition centre. The bad thing is that the service was very poor. Cleaning on the room was not good. I have had a health issue (asthma) due to the bad cleanliness. I ask for room change and they were holding the answer back along the day even though I was insisting to have an answer in order to find another place to sleep. Answer was given very late after leaving on hold all day for nothing. Very apathic approach. Not recommended.

Room was clean, location was also convenient, but receptionist with brunette was a bit rude.. felt like racist..(kept sigh deeply whatever we asked about, showing really bad attitude whenever asian asked for imformation. We could see the difference with others definitely). But rest of staffs were so so nice. Except her, I would like to visit no matter what.

I thought booking a hotel near the train station would be convenient. The Mecure is very easy to get to in close proximity to the main central train station in Frankfurt, however this area is not an area I would recommend staying in. Unfortunately the train station and close surrounding streets are riddled with drug users. I have never seen so many users publicly smoking ice. While I didn't personally feel unsafe or worry about my personal safety I would not recommend this area to others. Inside the hotel was fine. The staff were friendly, the rooms well appointed and generally what you expect from the Mercure chain.

I can't think of anything bad about this hotel except for the very small elevator. And the fact that it's surroundings are a little uncomfortable; I have never seen so many junkies and shady people around any train station of a big European city. But of course, this is not the hotel's fault. Staff was friendly, room was quiet, probably because we were on the 4th floor and didn't hear much of the street noise.

In the hotel itself, they have fabulous rooms and helpful staff. The location is great for walking, very close to the main railway station and tram stops. The main 'food' street is nearby. However, it's very noisy, and the drug dealers are openly trading. Many beggars, lots of litter. I would not recommend walking alone any time of the day.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
