Staff is great! Breakfast is good a lot to choose from. At night it is very noice because the hotel is very close to busy roads. The shower was constantly switching from hot to cold. Over all for one night okay wouldn't stay longer though.

My go-to hotel in Hamburg. Rooms are nice and well equipped, beds are comfortable (but it's Germany so you will jeed to make your bed). Staff is GREAT, and location very convenient (even if it's not the most central hotel in Hamburg). Great value for the price.

The location of the hotel is very nice and allows for quick and easy access to the Hamburg Convention Center. The hotel is nice and clean, and offers nice little amenities such as a hair dryer, safe, and a fridge. Beds were very comfortable and allowed for a good nights rest! The rooms are nicely decorated and feel modern enough. The location is also surrounded by bakeries and restaurants if you want to vary your foods during a stay. There are also several super markets on walking distance from the hotel which is incredibly convenient. Staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly. They also speak English very well, which is a nice bonus for international travelers. However due to the heat outside (25c to 30c) during the visit I noticed the AC was not up to the task to keep the room properly cooled down, so I cranked the AC control all the way down. As far as it would let me, without much result. The biggest annoyance with the stay is the parking facilities on site. The hotel has an onsite parking garage. It is however one of the most narrowest I’ve ever experienced. I could not even enter the lot without folding in my mirrors, and inside I could barely even make the turns to go up or down the floors. Not only that, the price for the parking garage compared to what it offers is outrageously expensive and you’re better off parking at the nearby convention center and just walk with your stuff to the hotel. For reference the car I drove in was Toyota Camry (mid size sedan/saloon) In general, nice hotel, friendly and courteous staff, well furnished rooms, comfortable beds, AC is weak, parking garage was just bad. Would recommend this hotel, but if you arrive by car, keep in mind it might be better to park elsewhere.

The stay was good and the staff was amazing and all good however the bar tender was rude af. I know more than 5 languages to speak and at times I take some time to change gears up in my brain to be able to speak to which the bartender made fun of me. Imagine if there was actually someone who has speech impediment and the bartender makes fun of them, how would it fly? That being said all the other staff were amazing and took great care of us.
