This was a special trip for my parents and I - a marriage anniversary:-) I picked this hotel as it’s close the the train station, and we are fan of Accord Hotel- so I want to trust this brand and see how it goes. The location is great as it’s really close to the station, and so easy to get there just by going straight. However, we assume there might be people will find the neighborhood bit messy with some homeless around the area. But I’d say that they just mind their own business, and you are fine off anyways. :-) The welcome reception was well done by the love receptionist, then the room was beyond our expectations- one big space with two bedrooms embedded in two spacious beds - the time you see it you’ll feel ‘comfortable’ already. It is perfect for a friends or family stay if you got 3-4people to spare the space. They also have a 24/7 Gym available for guests - didn’t get the energy to check it out , pity ; the breakfast was super good in quality, service. All the staffs were friendly and proactively helping, making you realize how hospitality shall be feeling like! Lastly, the checkout is until 12 midday! How many hotels are even doing this today , simply awesome 🤩 Definitely would come back :-)

I ended up at Mercure for breakfast after a long journey and had a great experience. The breakfast offered everything for a healthy start to the day. There must have been a great chef at work! My visit was rounded off by Gwen's service. She was consistently attentive, friendly, helpful, and detail-oriented towards the guests. She regularly offered assistance to the older guests, bringing drinks, utensils, etc., saving them from constant getting up and sitting down. Gwen brought a smile to every guest's face, including myself. I'd love to come back!

Great location for the station. Unfortunately the surrounding streets are very busy - not the sort of area to hang around. In the hotel the staff are all friendly & helpful with directions and guidance. The hotel interior is modern and well decorated. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was buffet style with plentiful hot and cold options. Overall an ideal stop if you are catching a train.

Reviews are always subjective. I spent only one night there, with a late arrival and an early departure. But the receptionist was there and helped with a very quick and friendly check-in/out. Good location for business travellers, since it’s next to the railway station. Rooms are a little too small for my taste, hence the 4* given, but otherwise very clean and cosy. No breakfast, so can’t review. Good value for money with the promotion I found. Thank you, Mercure.

Proximity to the main station is the only selling point of this hotel for me. Upon check-in, the reception desk was packed and small, occupied by 2 staff members with long lines. The staff that, unfortunately, assisted in my check-in process wasn't very welcoming nor warmed ( maybe due to huge crowds previously). I was not having my room upgrade eventho I am a Platinum ALL member( i know the regulation that upgrade is available upon check-in and due to availibility) .However, i booked this room almost a year ago. Can't you treat your loyal member a bit more humane touch?? I stayed at many accor hotels before, and they were a delight and even arranged the upgrade beforehand by communicating on email even before i checked in on the hotel. The room itself was alright, nothing to praise nor complained. Hence, the overall review was a rather disappointing one. Cold reception, just on room, good location

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
