The staff isn't really friendly or knowledgeable about the neighbourhood. First day we asked about taxis and their price, but no-one knew anything. After my transplant (which was the reason for my visit), we wanted to order takeout. The hotel won't order or accept food from somewhere else, hotel policy. Every other hotel even helped us order, here they just refuse. Now my wife went to get it. Also more friendly to men, than women. After breakfast, my wife was walking in front of me. She didn't get even a look, let alone a greeting. When I walked past, everyone greets me, wishing me well. But ofcourse, some are more friendly than others. Perhaps I met the more grumpy ones.

Great job from the staff, nice room clean and convenient, I past four great days on this hotel, the location close to the subway give a real advantage. The breakfast was good everything I wanted to eat was here. Big point the spa with pool and hamam are free for any room you take so this give a real point to this hotel. Finally I can juste give a supreme mention to Hulki who was the best host of the place.

Hi my name is Sally E and i stayed at this hotel july 2023 and i’m returning jan 2024. I lol literally took the best shower of my life in their shower in my bathroom the water pressure was amazing. also my room was spotless and well appointed. The morning breakfast was outstanding and the staff is sweet. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels in my life and many clean well maintained hotels. This hotel really exceeded my expectations and i’m excited to go back. I can’t stand nit picking commenters you should chill this is their livelihood and this hotel does an excellent job.

Everyone at the front desk is friendly, eager to help and be of assistance. The amenities are substantial included but not limited to room service, pool and spa which I didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy because I was here for for a cosmetic procedure and I barely ever left my room. I was very appreciative of the fact that I had several english channels. The breakfast buffet was included and it was very good and abundant. I would like to thank the personnel that in anyway assisted me and Fatih Akgül from Dr Safa Manav’s office for the accommodations.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
