        Was pleasantly surprised by the very cooperative and courteous staff. Good service by housekeeping. Prompt response to minor issues. Excellent breakfast with various choices for kids and adults alike. Would come back to this hotel if ever again in Istanbul.

        The location of the hotel is bad. The bus can’t drop us at the gate, we had to walk in the rain and the cold weather with our luggage for several minutes to reach the gate. And even at the checkout, the hotel would not help us with the luggage to the bus. There is not enough switches for all the lights in the room. It’s hard to sleep with the lights on. The bathroom fan doesn’t work. They came and didn’t know how to fix it and promised to come back, and never did. We told them the next day, they promised to come, and never did. On our last day, a staff member was rude to me and was fighting with me just because I put my luggage close to another guest luggage. He kept arguing with me even though I did what he wanted. I talked to the receptionist, and all she had to say is: sorry… that’s it! If a hotel is fine with an employee treating a guest like this, they shouldn’t be a 5 star hotel..

        We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. The cleaning of the rooms was very poor. The smallest service in the rooms always had to be requested, even to the extent of towels and toiletries. The coffee machine was broken during breakfast and no one took any action to fix it. Cold tea. and there wasn't even boiling water available. The porters wouldn't move your luggage .And the worst thing is that when we told the hotel manager about the hotel's problems, he shrugged his shoulders and didn't do anything, and the staff started yelling at us and attacked us(the maneger stood and saw this behavior!!!!)they are too rude.

        We booked this hotel for 1 week and we thought it is a 5 stars hotel, but it was the worst experience We have ever had. The room was too small, the fridge didn’t work, no Iron in the room, no kettle in the room, the room was dirty, even we asked them to clean the room it was still dirty, the reception people were friendly and respectful but the manager wasn’t friendly and respectful. It is 40 min walk to taqsim square and because of the location most of the tour and taxi didn’t want to go there and it was a huge problem. It has a very small small swimming pool and it was dirty as well. The time table for the gym and swimming pool was bad too, it was 10 am to 9 pm, there was no chance to do morning cardio and exercise. Do not recommend it at all. There are mellions better hotels with better prices

        As a five star hotel didn’t expect bad deal with the customers,hope they could give the staff a workshop how to deal kindly with the customers,we took two rooms me and my brother and asked Denise (a man works on the reception)to have a late checkout on just one room,he refused in a bad way. I’m disappointed and will check out and go to another good and kind place

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
