Extremely kind staff. Most spoke english. Stayed there as part of the stop over Turkish airlines, and the places did not disappoint. The room was clean, luxurious. The bathroom had all the amenities, and the breakfast was a buffet full of all kinds of food. The guy at the reception was kind enough to extend my check out time as well. Truly, an enjoyable experience!!

Everything is mediocre - especially the breakfast. Not what I expected from this brand. Room is fairly outdated with stains everywhere, bathroom could be improved too but isn’t bad. Not a 5/4* hotel at all. Bedding is very clean, and rooms are fine overall, it’s just when you start noticing the smaller details that it occurs to you things could be improved. Staff is okay, nothing special. Disclaimer: stayed here through Turkish Airlines, this could have had an impact on the type of room provided but that should not be the case! Just an edit: these pictures are from room 204. My checkout time was 3pm but I got a call at 12:30pm informing me the checkout time was 12pm - when I told the person it was 3pm, they said “oh 3pm? Ok” and cut the call 😂

Nice hotel and convention center.The room was nice, but we were their only for a very short time.I The lady at the check in counter spoke English.I explained to her that I. Left my back pack in the airport bus.She called the bus company and the driver and arranged for us to meet the bus driver later on the day at a different bus stop. So I was able to get my back pack.thank the staff for her kindness.

Stayed free with Turkish Airline layover deal. A bit out of town, so not ideal for a short layover if you want to see Istanbul. Didn't seem to be much in the area either, some malls, but didn't feel great to explore the neighbourhood at night. Seems more suitable for a recovery retreat and conferences. Bring a swim hat if you want to swim. Stains on the hotel room floor, holes in furniture fabric. Shampoo available but shower gel was empty, no conditioner or body lotion available. Breakfast ok but nothing to write home about. Hotel taxi was over twice the price of local taxi. Gym looked large.

The bathroom door was not closed, and the sink was clogged. I mentioned this to the front desk, but it was not fixed at all. Breakfast service was poor. They didn't tell us where to sit and didn't set the cutlery out. Also, they take away the fork and knife before we finish our meal, even our belongings are on the seat. I think they don't wash fruits because the tomato I took was so dirty. When I rubbed the tomato with tissue, the cloth got dark.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
