Our second stay at this hotel, and this stay was as good as the first. Friendly and professional staff, with clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is delicious, and highly recommended to include as part of a stay. The hotel itself is located conveniently for access to Monas (National Monument). Walks to museums, Istiqal Mosque and Jakarta Cathedral are also not too far away. Excellent hotel, highly recommended.

I stayed 3N 2D in game room and really satisfied because there are arcade game in the room and comfortable. Staff is very helpful & friendly. The location is strategic, near jalan sabang, where you can have lots of choice for street foods. Recommended as one of the best accomodation in the area.

Great room called game room, it has "Ding Dong" inside and full decoration with game such as mario and pacman mostly from nintendo. Have two separate area for gaming and sleeping. This hotel near from Sabang street which known as night culinary spot in downtown. You can just walk for 5-10 minutes to find your favourite street food stall. Unfortunately they don't have spacious area for car park, but no worries staff will help find with their vallet service at no cost at all, and because its located in one way street, please be aware not missed entrance sign otherwise you should go around again :)

Went for a wedding reception here. Location is strategic in central Jakarta. Many transportation and local street foods available nearby. Drawback only parking space very limited. You need to park across the street if parking lot is full.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
