        The hotel needs some updating, it’s a decent, midsize hotel, and a good location for what we needed. I wish that there were more dining options, and that housekeeping was better at replacing all items after each visit.

        Checked in, then told the room was not ready. I just stood there as the lady who checked me in disappeared. I was expecting her to come back, after 15 minutes I asked other check in staff what was happening, they called around and told me it was going to be another 15 minutes so I sat in the lobby in their direct line of site. An hour later I'm still waiting, at no time did the other check in staff, just standing there approach me, or inform me of the room availability. At this point I may add there was 2 to 3 staff at check in who were not busy. Unless I went back to the counter and asked for an update I would still be there. You can stay down the road at the aloft south Jakarta for the same price and a much better hotel in terms of cleanliness, service and facilities.

        The hotel is quiet and beautiful...the most beautiful thing about it is the restaurant and the hospitality staff in it, especially the employee Sabrina, who was very respectful and professional in her work and elegant treatment...the food was wonderful, especially the Indonesian food...as for the reception staff, the reception was not good...I felt like I was Inside a police station. Very serious no smile... Overall the hotel is nice and worth a visit again

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
