We stayed for one night and was room only. Lovely entrance to hotel and reception staff were friendly and helpful. When we called for a taxi the one lady even went outside to try and flag one down and it was freezing! Room was a superior room, but very nice and enjoyed the complimentary drinks. Nothing to complain about, overall was an enjoyable stay- about a 10 minute walk from the tube!

Stayed here for one night in a twin room (221). Pleasant staff in the hotel was a stand out moment. The room was good, but the bathroom felt a little tatty - the hole in the wall behind the door was a real let down. However, we had a comfortable stay and would consider staying here again if the rate was reasonable enough. Breakfast was good for £12.

I stayed here with my husband for one night away visiting the sights. Good location but if you want a good night’s sleep and you don’t like hot rooms then don’t stay here. The room thermometer said 22 when we arrived so we put the ‘air con’ on and it went up to 24! We rang reception who advised us to turn it off and crack a window 😂 They said it’s a bit temperamental and maintenance had gone home for the day …so basically like it or lump it! The bed was also really soft which may suit some people but I wasn’t used to personally, so that didn’t help. I got to sleep by about 4am and as we didn’t have to get up I thought we would have a lie in. WRONG! As a result of having the window open, the noise from the building site across the road woke us up nice and early. Breakfast was pretty average, luke warm over cooked eggs/bacon etc. Not amazing but edible. The hotel was clean and rooms good size. Staff were friendly and sent extra milk/ tea and a new remote to replace the one that wasn’t working when we asked. I would have rated higher if they had responded better to the hot room problem. We paid nearly £300 so I would expect more than a fan.

The bed was super comfortable (something I find most important when it comes to hotels). Breakfast was good, room was clean, staff very friendly. Shower was good (the water force from the hand shower could be a bit stronger but still ok), great bathroom products, quiet room. And when we arrived the reception enquired about my disability to check if I would be able to take the stairs in case of a fire. Which I thought was very thoughtful. Just 2 minor things that could have been better: the toilet paper kept splitting in half when ripping it off the roll (should have been perforated better). And when we arrived (after 23.00h, as communicated beforehand) the door wasn’t opened when we rang the doorbell. The door wasn’t opened until I rang them over the phone. But we were very pleased with the hotel and will definitely book again in the future.

Well located, comfortable hotel. We were pleasantly surprise how quiet our room was particularly as it was located near the lift. The staff were lovely, really helpful and informative. Only quibble- plates set out for hot breakfast were cold and breakfast layout was confusing, had to lift casserole lids to find fruit and yoghurt.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
