        Location wise very close to heathrow but understaffed and very shady looking car park with shattered glass still present in the bay from previous break in attempt. The family room we were put in was the best option but could have been better. Lift is always broken there and not fixed from the last review 4 weeks ago. Staff whoever present was wonderful going above and beyond their capacity. In all this hotel is not a 4 star as suggested, would barely give it 3.

        The most horrendous hotel i have ever stayed at. At first it all seemed good and the hotel seemed clean but after being stared down by other hotel guests and dragging our luggage up the wonky stairs all the true horror unveiled. Travelled with a group of 5 and booked 2 rooms. Only 1 of the rooms was ready so we decided to drop off our luggage and head to town. First sign of something being wrong was that the card reader on the door was clearly very old (later after checking into our other room just across the first the card reader seemed newer). Unlike the promising pictures of big picturesque windows we were greeted by the sight of a dirty old generator of sorts blocking everything else from view. But the truly most HORRIBLE part was the SMELL. The whole room smelled like moldy old sewers and you couldn’t stand in the room at all. We just left our bags and locked the room deciding to deal with it later. 1 of our family members needed to put something back and discovered that 1 of the cards was broken and we couldn’t access the room. The moldy smell already gave us enough of a headache so we decided to deal with it upon our arrival back. We came back complained and also got our other room but the situation did not get any better. Upon getting our other room we discovered that apparently you don’t need to spend thousands of dollars on fancy cruises and you can just come to this hotel to feel sea sick. While even our small children walked around the whole room shook violently and it felt like you were sliding from side to side as the creaky floorboards squeak beneath you. I’m not even going to list all the other things wrong with the rooms because then this review would be endless so just enjoy the picture. With the price we paid for a 4-star hotel with a “great location” I would heavily advise to stay clear and avoid this hotel like the plague because it most likely has it.

        Good location. Close to the airport and where I was working. The reception area and bar/lounge is nice. The hotel has a little gym. The prices for food & drink was reasonable for London. The rooms on the other hand are not nice and very dated. The room was cold with no heating. The bathroom was dated and in need of refurbishment. The corridors were dingy and stunk of weed. There were plates left outside someones room for over 24hrs. The car park fee is horrendous. £16 for 24hrs parking. The room price was £77 without breakfast. My colleagues stayed in the double tree by Hilton for slightly more but included breakfast and free parking! Unfortunately I would not stay here again.Over priced for what you get and in need of money spent on it.

        Party of 5, booked two double and one single. Checked in around 19:00, had dinner then went to our rooms. The next morning my aunt staying in a double room with my other aunt told me that after our dinner she went to the bathroom and was locked in for over an hr. Luckily my other aunt was there as she didn’t bring her cell phone on the bathroom. My aunt went to reception to tell them that my other aunt was stuck in the bathroom and the door won’t open. The reception then said she will need to wait for an engineer to come open the door. Aunt was stuck in there for almost 2 hours. Then after they broke the door open aunt asked if house keeping can come clean the mess. My aunt was told that there was no house keeping available and gave her a broom and dust pan to clean out themselves. They didn’t offer her another room or any other compensation. I emailed about what happened and have gotten no reply. As we were checking out I asked for an update and was told they will let the manager know when he gets in. Still waiting for a reply for a refund or some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. Upon checking out another guest complained about the same issue with the bathroom not opening. Just unprofessional. Also the hotel may look good from the outside but trust me it’s a motel at best. Very old and small! Stay away! Still waiting for a response!

        Unfortunately I'm very disappointed with the hotel. I made a reservation through the All app and they sell as a 4-star hotel, but it can't be, I list some points: 1. Poor service; there is no information at the reception, not even from breakfast time. 2. There were days when there was no coffee, according to the employees the machine was broken. 3. Toilet in the bedroom was cracked. 4. Mine bar wasn't freezing; 5. At dinner and breakfast when it is close to closing the they need to kick you out of the salons. Unfortunately I didn't like it and I don't recommend it.
