Arrived this evening for a business stay. Upon arrival was greeted by two very polite and friendly members of the reception team. Nothing was too much trouble. Used the gym which was empty and equipped with everything u could need - just how I like it. Went to the restaurant for dinner and was greeted by waiter Sam who was very friendly and super efficient. Food was absolutely amazing. Location is superb for central Manchester.

I had to change rooms as my first room had some sort of extractor going (possibly to get rid of the smell of someone smoking) and the window was open despite it being -2 outside so it was freezing. Rooms were basic but clean. The best part of my stay was the breakfast. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional, so much so I asked for the staff names (Ben, Neil, Rose and Abbie). They were all so attentive, professional and best of all, cheerful.

Great welcome upon arrival and allowed us to check in early. We were provided a glass of prosecco upon arrival as well as a complimentary drink at the bar later. All the staff at check in were friendly and bubbly with great energy. The rooms were fine in size and clean. Breakfast by Maisie and Rose was fantastic. Really helpful and efficient. Great customer service who went above and beyond to make our breakfast enjoyable and fun. Maisie does brilliant Lattes just FYI. Overall my first stay at this hotel in the city and its been brilliant. Would stay again and its perfectly located in the city with the tram and bus stops right outside the entrance of the hotel.

Lovely hotel, extremely accommodating. Made checking in super duper easy and the staff were extremely kind and friendly. Raj greeted us at the front and checked us in. He saw it was my partners birthday and offered us free drinks and breakfast too. So welcoming in here and the decoration is very warm and modern. Lovely stay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
