We stayed at Mercure Centre Bompard un August 2023. The hotel is lovely with a nice garden and a swimming pool, very quiet and convenient for families. It is ideally located near the Cathedrale and the sea. The rooms are new, climatised and refurbished. The staff was nice and kind enough to let me use a meeting room to attend my work calls when I needed. The WiFi is fast and reliable. A big thanks to the team for your help and kindness!!

I booked the hotel for 2 days. However could not reach Marseille due to my tour bus getting cancelled cause of the ongoing protests. The amount was to be paid post the stay, however, due to the circumstance I could not check-in itself. As per my card statement I saw I was charged for both the days. The hotel marked it as I had checked in and stayed there. I am also getting mails saying thank you for your stay. How can I be charged for both days, when I never checked in? I tried calling the hotel reception, the lady who answered the call just cut my phone aburptly without properly listening my question. I was still completing my sentence when she just disconnected the phone. I tried calling again, but I don't know if I have been blocked or what my call is getting disconnected automatically. I sent multiple mails as well but no reply. This is a very sad and unfortunate behavior to treat your customers this way. This is plain disrespectful and unprofessional. Please take an action on my query.

Beautiful rooms equipped with everything I needed. The staff were very helpful, especially arranging taxis, and very patient with our broken French. I had a balcony room which enjoyed a view of the terrace and hills in the background. There was AC in the room which was essential during this heat and the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was great, providing the usual items as well as some smaller touches such as local biscuits and cheeses. My colleagues also enjoyed the pool and overall it was a great stay!

Pros: We liked the bed, it was comfy and big. The temperature in the room was fine for the season. Breakfast definitely worth the price and staff very kind. The private parking for the car is a plus since the city is madness for driving! We couldn't use the swimming pool but it looked nice. The garden is quite and peaceful. Cons: I would have preferred a shower in the bathroom instead of the bathtub. It would have been bigger and more comfortable. The elevator to reach the floor is small and it barely fits one person with the luggage.

Very unprofessional staff. I had a paid vacation for 4 days at this hotel by an agency in June and they put me to pay it again with my own money. After long discussions with them, they took no action regarding this issue. Now my staying there was paid twice: once by the agency and once with my own money.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
