We arrived tired mid morning from a red eye flight expecting to only be able to drop our bags off to check in later but they re-arranged for us to have a room that was available. Brilliant client focus allowing my son and I to recharge before hitting the Australian Open. Buffet breakfast consistency from previous year .. tick. Highly recommended

Dry Urine on the inside toilet seat!! Definitely the last thing you want to see when you check in to your new room at almost midnight.. Even though we were promptly moved into another room. It was disgusting! We also asked for more pillows because we were only provided with 2 small (almost kid size) pillows on the king sized bed - These did not arrive. The hotel is dated and the pool is small. The only positive was that the gym is actually quite well equipped. Location not great because it is on a very busy main road.. and parking is not convenient (or cheap for guests). Overall.. extremely dissatisfied. We only booked because we booked last minute (the day of) and it was the cheapest option. Now we know why..

Cleanness - as you can see in the picture: a long hair on the toilet paper. Room size is okay but the park view has not much park view but only traffic view. Service - I asked for late check out, they accepted but they did not write it down, so I was disrupted by a staff in the morning of check-out day. Lastly, if you have a welcome drink voucher, they do their best to prevent you get the one you would like to. They said the voucher has to have “cocktail” written on the back to redeem a cocktail

The check-in was easy, courteous. My room was ready before check-in time and I was upgraded to the Pullman area which was much appreciated. Everyone was helpful, polite and friendly. The room was a bit outdated with signs of wear and tear, but clean and tidy. View was magnificent.

Staff at the 24-hr reception were fantastic. Rooms were clean and basic, hotel itself is old and in need of new paint. Room had shampoo but no conditioner, soap but no moisturiser. Bed was comfortable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
