Perfect Christmas break with family in the heart of Milano. The hotel is well located, very near Navigli and other main Milano attractions. The metro stop is very close to the hotel. Check in/out very smooth and the hotel staff was very gentle and helpful. Clean and large space.

Decent location with metro access and good food options close by. Reception staff were mediocre . Hotel has a few quirks like they give you 1 bottle of water free irrespective of the tier of room you get. Make you sign an indemnity for the room key. Sounded petty to me . I expected a lot more from a big hotel chain where the average room rate is more than 100 euros a night . Hotel doesn’t have facilities like free parking gym or pool . During the stay my suite started leaking water from the bathroom ceiling initially and then into the main room through electrical sockets. Staff didn't seem to care when told and only moved us to a lower grade room after I insisted late into the night .Overall a disappointing experience. Has thought me to read reviews and not just trust a brand when making decisions in the future

For the price we paid (135 per night) I would expect some spotless clean rooms but that wasn't the case. The rooms were clean enough but not excellent. Also keep in mind it is a bit noisy neighbourhood.

We liked the place. Centrally located (15 walking distance to the center, close to the Metro green line ), nice and spacious, nicely designed rooms (we had an apartment for 4), comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff, nice breakfast. I used my points from All Accor and paid less. Couple of cons: no parking at the hotel, bath was clotted, air-conditioner in the main bed room was a bit noisy (we turned it off as it wasn't that hot), sound isolation is not good.

A very bad experience with this hotel, there is no one to pick your luggage, the bathroom has several issues there is no water drainage, the maintenance guy came to the room and start shouting and in a very mad mode and the receptionist is not taking care of the customers. An unprofessional way to treat customers at all.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
