Hi. Overall an ok experience. The staff were excellent. All of them were helpful and welcoming from front of house to security. They helped us with making changes to things like rooms etc. However there were issues. Beforehand we were given the imression that we could ot change meeting rooms but we managed to when at the hotel. Also the vegetarian food on Sunday was disappointing- there was no vegetarian main meal: when mentioned we were served the dhal that had already appeared at breakfast and the day before and it was quite foul. That is wrong and i would expect more from an international hotel. Finally, although we knew about the refurbishment it would have been better if you could offer an alternative arrangement for the swimming pool as this was a major reason for visiting.

Upscale hotel with stellar service. The security checks as you get in are thorough but the security team is super friendly too. Their lunch buffet is one of the most memorable I’ve had in Nairobi. I absolutely loved it. Only downside is that the gents toilets adjacent to the Skiza restaurant/conference room are too tiny and squeezed. There are only 2 toilets and 2 urinals and in a meeting of 30+ people, they get messy pretty fast.

At the time we visited, the hotel was under renovation. So we could not really see the majority of it. However, its a comfortable stay in Nairobi and the staff is extremely cooperative and friendly. The buffet is a bit extravagant and expensive - but you can skip the same if you wish to order a la carte. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the main town and is in the business district. Its however very close to the main part of the city. The food is top class and every dish ordered has been delicious!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
