We had a comfortable 4 nights stay at the hotel. We were a family of three and the room was quiet comfortable for us to move around freely. The toilet being separated from the bath was a good arrangement for us. The hotel is well located and we almost walked to all the touristy places. The hotel is very close to the tram and train station to catch trains to other places like Monaco and Cannes. We had a pleasant experience and would recommend it for a stay in nice.

Perfect location, near main station and tram line, and pleasant walk to the old town. Rooms of a good size and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Fantastic rooftop pool and bar with great views. Bed is sprung loaded, we think to make it easy for making the beds, which makes it noisy when you sit on the edge. Square pillows annoy me because they are pointless, but proper ones are in the cupboard. Shower is at the wrong end of the bath which means standing area is reduced, and shower hose is stretched across the bath. Bonus points for providing a water fountain on each floor to fill your water bottle from.

We stayed in one of the newly renovated classic double rooms and it was beautiful. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and the rooftop bar, pool and jacuzzi areas were beautiful. The location was perfect, with it being between both Nice Ville train station (great for days out to places like Antibes and Cannes) and Jean Medecin tram line (easy access to the airport and to also take you to other parts of Nice, along with reaching further out bus stations to reach places like Eze - there is a beautiful gardens here). I shall definitely be recommending this hotel!

Fantastic! We wanted somewhere pleasant, reasonably-priced, in the city centre and with a swimming pool (as its super hot in July). We got just that. The room was great, a nice size with a good bathroom and facilities. We ordered a room without a balcony, but just outside our window was a massive garden with lots of seating, which was completely empty most of the time! It was as if it was our own garden. I would recommend a "garden view" room if you do not want to go for a balcony room due to the price. Rooftop pool, bar and jacuzzi area were all great with nice views. Exactly what we wanted. Although, be aware, the rooftop bar/pool bar is very expensive. 10 euro for a pint of lager kind of expensive. Location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the beach/promenade and 5-minute walk to the station, where you can get on to go to Antibes, Monaco etc. (would recommend both). The continental breakfast was as expected, lots of pastries, bread, meats, cheeses etc. Even some warm scrambled eggs and sausages, which were nice. Staff were all great. Everyone spoke good English and were happy to help. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning on visiting Nice.

Lovely hotel with a nice rooftop pool and bar. It was a great central location for me and my friends to enjoy our weekend away. Rooms are clean and tidy, and air con works well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
