        My colleague requested for a knife, was told they don’t have any. Asked for an adopter was told to go to the mall and buy one! You don’t have to tell us that. Doesn’t take a genius to figure that out. That’s the level of customer service and how much they care about their customers. The people at the reception have mistaken themselves for the owners of this hotel. They forget customers pay to stay here. They hate their customer and no wonder the hotel has a 3.8 rating. In sometime it will 3.0 There are many hotels in the vicinity and don’t come here unless you have no choice. If you do. Be ready to be treated the worse. The reception supervisor refused to give the name of the person who said the above. I am sure the manager will reply this review saying they will speak to the reception staff. But we know that nothing will change. Treat customers better!

        Much of what you'd expect from an airport hotel. Room was clean. Linens were below average. Small shower. No hair conditioning product. Service from front desk staff was lacking. Asked for someone to come up and deal with an issue in the room, no one came, and they didn't answer the reception phone the 2 times I called to try to follow up. Didn't eat at the resto based on reviews. Probably better hotels around for similar prices.

        Check-in was easy and quick. One of the rooms I booked was clean and spacious. The other room I booked for my travel companion was not so clean eg. there were lipstick marks on the cups in the bathroom. The location is good and is a 5 minute walk to the free airport shuttle. We had a buffet dinner at the hotel. The selection of food was really good and what we chose was delicious.

        Check-in was easy and quick. One of the rooms I booked was clean and spacious.         Let's start with. I wouldn't have stayed here if Air France wasn't the worst airline in the world. The good part is it's fairly convenient being on airport property. It's old, or at least seems a ld, and could really use a facelift. Twice while standing outside I watched large rats cross from their center drive up circle to the side wall of the hotel. The rooms are small, but fairly sound proof from your neighbors room. The restaurant was an awful buffet not worth 5 euro let alone the 25+ they charge. Check in was friendly.

        I booked under non refundable option but requested a favour 2 weeks before my stay as my flight got preponed and I had to be at the terminal at 3 am. I sent several messages to the hotel explaining the situation, especially that I’m travelling with my young daughter and my mother and walking in the middle of the night when cdg val is not operating is not an option. Hotel did not waive the non refundable and also did not respond to my last email. Whilst I do understand such policy, I think hotel staff could still have been more accommodating with the cancellation at price of the last minute room at the airport.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
