        A pretty boutique hotel not far from the Gare de Lyon. Very friendly staff who were very helpful. We stayed two different times during our 10 days in France. Rooms were small but the beds were comfortable and it wasn’t noisy. We had a small balcony in the triple room. Breakfast was available and there was a good selection hot or cold options with breads, meats, cheeses and teas.

        Pros - Good location. Very convenient if you are going to visit disneyland or outlets. - Affordable & delicious restaurant nearby. - Friendly staff. Cons - Pricey hotel. We paid 1700 EUR for five days and the hotel does not meet our expectation. - Only hand gel (not shower gel & shampoo) is provided in bath room. Which is really confusing. - The room is a bit tight. - Paper cups are provided (not plastic ones) and not replaced everyday. - Room upgrade is not available for gold members. - The firm alarm was triggered and is really disturbing. In conclusion, the hotel is a budget hotel and does not meet 4 stars standard. I do not recommend if you stay there for any price higher than 100 EUR.

        Special Requests: Despite having submitted a special request concerning the safekeeping of mail arriving for us at the hotel, it appears your team overlooked this. Not only was our mail not preserved, but it was returned. This lack of attention caused significant inconvenience. Furthermore, every time we inquired about our mail, the staff seemed uninformed, and we found ourselves repeatedly explaining the situation. Room Condition: The state of the room left much to be desired. It was evident that it had endured significant wear and tear from prior guests. A thorough deep cleaning and fresh coat of paint seem necessary. For a hotel that positions itself with a 4-star rating, the room amenities were subpar. The provision of cardboard glasses and insufficient towels was particularly disappointing. Moreover, the shower's temperature control was inadequate, with water fluctuating between cold and lukewarm. Fire Alarm Issues: On one occasion, the fire alarm was activated, causing distress amongst guests. We were informed that this was a sporadic error. Regardless, such incidents can be highly distressing and need to be addressed promptly. Given the rates the hotel charges, coupled with its claimed rating, our expectations were not met. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

        Awful experience. Was booked here by client's travel office but told I needed to check in online. Was paid for in advance and they had a card on record. But they wouldn't let me check in without putting my card details on file. Despite the team I was working with trying to sort this out with reception, they took my money and never sent me an invoice. They are supposed to have returned the money but it's been over a month and no one has been in contact - they have my email and haven't sent me anything. I am confused, frustrated and upset. It feels like a violation that they have taken my money and haven't even had the decency to send me an invoice. The travel team I worked with have also tried to get this sorted, but it's been over a month and I've had no refund. The room I ended up in was fine - but they tried to put me in a box room that was a single bed with no bathroom (I had a "privilege room with double bed" booked). Luckily my colleagues wanted to leave something for me in my room and got there before me. They managed to sort out the situation so I wasn't left to sort it out on my own once I arrived late at night, but the hotel staff weren't even apologetic and acted like there was no issue; it was over 350 euros for the night. Location is good and easily accessible - but there are plenty of other places to stay in the area.

        Staff is friendly and attentive and helped me get a well-deserved snack and drink after a late arrival at Hotel. Beds sleep great and rooms compact but very cozy. Breakfast very complete and service at breakfast was unapproachable. Staff member took very good care to replenish all items and everything very neatly taken care of. Delicious chinese opposite the hotel ;-)
