        The location was great you could walk to 2 major train stations. Rooms are small but all the amenities are there. Breakfast at the hotel was a little slow so we solved that by getting pastries from the train station nearby. Overall highly recommended for convenience. And the staff there are all really nice and helpful.

        Main problem was lack of ability to turn off the heating in the room which was set to very high. The design of the shower also easily flooded the bathroom. Overall quite disappointing for paying 200 euros for a night !

        Unfortunately, it was a less-than-perfect stay because the main lift was broken, meaning I had to use a much smaller lift which my friend and I had difficulty getting my chair into. In the end, I had to balance my chair on its back wheels to be able to get it in, and it was not very dignifying for me as a disabled person. I would’ve appreciated contact the day before (especially because I contacted you guys to make sure it was an adapted room several weeks ago) to let me know the main lift was not working and see if there was an alternative option.

        The location was great you could walk to 2 major train stations. Rooms are small but all the amenities are there. Breakfast at the hotel was a little slow so we solved that by getting pastries from the train station nearby. Overall highly recommended for convenience. And the staff there are all really nice and helpful.

        Unfortunately, it was a less-than-perfect stay because the main lift was broken, meaning I had to use a much smaller lift which my friend and I had difficulty getting my chair into. In the end, I had to balance my chair on its back wheels to be able to get it in, and it was not very dignifying for me as a disabled person.         The staff in this hotel are all super accommodating so no complaint there. We did have a few problems. The biggest one being the twin room we were given had a shower door that prevents anyone with a bit of weight or figure to go in. The door is see through. So we asked to change room and since it was full, the kind staff arranged another twin room for us the second day. The rooms are a bit stuffy and the AC doesn’t really work. Outside is very noisy but we can’t help but open the windows. Still, would recommend it for the service and the closeness to the gare du nord.

        Super well located in between Gare du nord and Gare d’lest. I’ve never been so grateful to have early check in as I’d been at the hospital all night looking after my sister and I was thrilled that my room was unexpectedly ready early so I could sleep. Thank you so much for your assistance!
