Guess The Accor quality staff did not check this Mercure hotel before permitting the owner to use the Mercure brand. It's a total failure for this hotel does not qualified to be a Mercure and not even be a four star category hotel Firstly, the size of the hotel is like an apartel only, located in an apartment building, and outer hotel sign is not obvious to be seen. The lobby is just too small as well, same with its elevator which can accommodate 2-3 people at a time. Inside the room, it is difficult to walk around due to its tight space, my guess of its size is just around 15 square meters. Bed is not soft while we can hear the talking and peeing sounds from the guests in the adjacent room for the wall in between is just a single partition. On the first night, our bath gel was not refilled and no bath towels were provided not until notice was given. Overall, this hotel should be in the 2-3 stars category and not being branded as Mercure to be fair. Besides, the price of over €200+ is just too exhorbitant, pretty unworthy of the class.

I stayed there for a week long meeting in Saint Denis. It is near the RER station so made an easy commute. I had a reasonable sized room with a nice bathroom. I am not sure the AC worked very well. When I arrived the outside temperature was 28C. The room was quite warm. The area around the hotel is very nice. It was near the Sorbonne and Notre Dame. I would happily stay there again. It is well connected to public transport.

Mohamed, Jean Charles, Menel, Tenzin, and the man in the kitchen who made me cappuccinos--they were all very friendly and kind, made me feel at home. Great crew! A few things that can use modification: Mirror on the back of bathroom door can be moved to the outside of the door, so that looking at it is easier from a distance. And maybe an extra elevator would be very helpful--Using the stairs for 5 floors wasn't too bad, but even the stairway hall can get congested with cleaning crew. Other than that, i had a wonderful stay, and I'd come back to stay again. EXTRA points for NO bedbugs. Thank you for keeping the premises clean and sanitized.

My family and I, booked 3 rooms there The 3 of us had to change our rooms due to AC problems, the staff were very very nice and helpful as they understood our concern and showed us couple of room to choose one. Anything we asked for, the staff made it happen. We enjoyed our stay thanks to Muhammad & Menel. The location of the hotel was close to everywhere, metro and bus! We had the privilege room and the balcony view of the 6th floor was amazing plus the coffee machine in the room!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
