From the moment we entered the hotel door until we departed we encountered friendly and helpful staff members. The room itself was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was well set out and the showers worked efficiently. The room had everything needed for our stay. The location itself was really good with only a short 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a Metro station directly opposite. There were a good choice of restaurants in the locality. Overall it made for a very enjoyable stay.

Great location, we regularly walked to the Eiffel Tower and could see it from our rooms ! Also the metro is literally right outside The staff at reception were so accommodating to all of our requests. The manager and team at the breakfast bar were also very kind! Thank you so much to them for being so helpful and accommodating! They also spoke our language and could speak some others too! The cleaning staff we spoke to were also great:)

The Hotel is located in a very convenient place in Paris. Room had a view of the Eiffel Tower. Room was nice and staff was great. Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast staff of awesome and accommodating.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
