On arrival there had been an error with the booking by the travel agent so there was no booking for us. The reception staff were so helpful and kind and managed to find us a family room. The room was well equipped and clean. Throughout our stay the staff were so friendly and helpful and we are really appreciative of this. There was a great choice available at breakfast each day too. Overall, a great stay and we would return and recommend to others.

Located just outside the metro stop 'Port de Versailles' you quickly reach anywhere in town. If you're willing to walk a little more, the Eiffel Tower can be reached withing 45 minutes. On the way you come by multiple shops, bars and restaurants. Beware only of the parking - you will need to get in a very narrow car elevator to enter the parking ground. The staff was always friendly and very helpful with any advice around the city.

Your staff was very helpful, friendly and accomodating. The hotel location is excellent, near metro and many choices for places to eat. Rooms are good size and beds very comfortable. Room service did a very good job of keeping the room very clean and well stocked with towels, soap, etc. The only small complaint is the carpet in the room seems to be getting old and would be better replaced.

The staff was not welcoming. We held our event in their conference room. Since it was a church event, we had some decorations of all sorts. The staff barged in multiple times without respect to the event. They were a distraction to us. They were disrespectful as they did not let us focus. At the end of the event, one of our companions asked were to put the balloons that we used for the decorations. A blonde, petite lady shouted to our leader claiming that the hotel is a 4-star hotel and that we are degrading it into a school. Her attitude surpasses that from a staff from a 1-star hotel. She kept on shouting derogative words towards us and did not wish to stop. We wished to talk to the manager, but due to the “lack of time,” we were not able to do so.

I reserved the hotel through the ALL website. In the comment box of the reservation I clearly stated that there was a baby in the room and we would need a crib. When arriving we noticed that there was no crib and communicate this to the front desk. The lady there immediately said that there was no mention of the crib in the reservation. We explained that we have done it through the ALL and that maybe it was in the comment section. Arrogantly, the lady said it was not and continue insisting there was no mention of the crib. At one point I asked if she was willing to install the crib or not. Very reluctantly she accepted. When meeting in the room she was once again looking as if she was making me a huge favor. In general, the stay was not bad but the staff at the front desk was very unpleasant. Cheers to the staff at the breakfast 5 stars.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
