Have connecting and quite pleased with it. But it could be better as I have requested connecting room via email but am suppose to be upgraded since am gold member. I have to choose either connecting room or 2 room same level and not connected but upgraded.. well I make the choice to stay connected as my boys are still young. Pool is quite fun and relaxing , water is super cold nevertheless the kids have enjoyed themselves. Located quite away from the bustling streets but still can walk over. Nice restaurants around beach front area. 7-11 is super convenient and we went daily..

Good value for money. Staffs especially Concierge are Very Helpful and Attentive. Nice location with easy access to the beach and it has amazing pool for kids. It is located in rather quieter area of Pattaya which I think is great and more suitable for family. Definitely not far from the central Pattaya and the mall nearby has everything as well.

1) TV in the room was not a smart TV (which is fine but...) the screen was buzzing all the time, making it impossible to watch anything during our relaxing time in the room 2) There is only 1 functioning elevator for 16 levels of building. we had been waiting for over 20 minutes to get downstairs. We could have gotten there faster using stairs. This is very disappointing and has almost ruined our whole experience here. The breakfast food was also a bit cold. The warmest food were the soup and the toast. But they were delicious and there were variety of food to choose from. 3) the view was stunning and the location of the hotel is great! Only ~5 minutes to the beach 4) the staffs were really helpful and kind. They’re the best thing happening here 💜 5) The water park and the swimming pool are great! But they close a bit early (the water park close at 7 pm and the 5th floor swimming pool close at 8 pm) I wish they could extend the closing time so adults like us could enjoy it too 🥺

NOTE: IF you go for the fireworks/loy kratong you cannot see the fireworks from this hotel. Check-in - fast and efficient. Rooms - Our room was a small room with 2 double beds and we struggled but made do, it was clean but the TV did not work properly and there was no TV Guide. Internet - Fast enough for streaming netflix but the upload did not work well so we could not upload our hundreds of pictures. Pool - Great waterpark but super cold. We really enjoyed it as there is a 2 slides one for older kids and adults then a small one for toddlers. The highlight is the deep part where you can jump off fake rocks its quite high and a good thrill! Breakfast - Breakfast was okay, not the best we have had in thailand but we always found something we liked. The eggs and bacon is on demand so you have to order as they dont have a egg station it comes from the kitchen. Staff - They were amazing everywhere and accomodated us with everything we required to make our stay comfortable. We felt valued. Location - Excellent, close to shopping and markets, shows, beach, massage places and loads of food! You can't go wrong really. Note it is nowhere near walking street so you would need to take a cab.

DO NOT STAY HERE WITH PETS Probably the worst hotel that is “pet friendly”, but your pet is not allowed literally anywhere. Once we entered the hotel we got notice pet can’t be anywhere, but the room. So nice to book a “resort” without having even to check around with my dog. No dog food or snacks provided or for sale. And the most bizarre thing is that they call themselves “Pet Paradise”, most likely pet hell since we can stay only in our room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
