This was a fantastic hotel for our stay in Porto! The rooms were a little small but clean, modern, and well laid out. The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was constant and delicious! The location was so central and walkable, and the small cafes and restaurants around it were great for a quick snack or late night drink. I would stay at this exact hotel again in a heartbeat!

This is honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service is top notch, the restaurant is beyond impressive and the rooms are very beautiful and comfortable. I always feel so welcome here! It has become my go to hotel in Porto :)

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. Every single staff member I encountered was excellent, helpful, and kind. I ate most of my meals at the hotel, including dinner every night. The waitstaff was wonderful and so was everything I ate! The room was beautiful and spacious, and the pillows were very comfortable memory foam. They even left a couple of pastries with a nice note for me upon check-in. Lastly, they were able to get me checked in hours earlier than usual which was very appreciated since it was raining when I arrived. The location was also perfect, close by all of the main attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto :)

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had an excellent stay. The hotel is very well located in the city we could easily walk to wherever we needed to go. Right outside the entrance of the hotel are a number of restaurants, a souvenir shop, a gelato shop, and also a camera shop (which my shutter-bug husband enjoyed perusing). The hotel itself also has an on-site restaurant and a bar, which we took advantage of a couple times for a quick bite or drink. The facilities and design of the hotel are great! Tasteful and cozy modern is how I’d describe it. We had a suite overlooking the pool and enjoyed being able to step out onto the balcony for some fresh air in a quiet atmosphere. The staff were also very attentive and friendly. I’m sure I’m missing some praise points but all in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. It was an incredible stay!

We stayed for a few days in October 2023. The hotel is located very centrally and is ideal for visiting all areas of the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated and we had a view over the pool and garden, which I can recommend. All of the staff that we met were very friendly but also professional and the service was excellent. I cannot comment on the food, as we did not eat at the hotel during our stay, but we did have drinks in the bar and, again, the service was perfect. All in all this is a lovely hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
