The property is well located in a local neighbourhood with easy access to all the main "must see spots". Amazing staff! Special thank you to Francesco for being so welcoming and helpful. Will definitely choose this hotel again for a stay in Rome.

This lovely hotel is situated near the Piazza Bologna metro station. A great location and easy to get to all of Rome's wonderful attractions. The neighborhood is well kept secret surrounded by great restaurants and shops. What made my stay wonderful was the wonderful reception staff. Especially, Ciulus, who made us feel welcomed and valued. Grazie mile MERCURE PIAZZA BOLOGNA! I will be back.

Well appointed rooms in a good location. Close to metro and with good selection of cafes and restaurants in the area. Breakfast, bar etc all good. Staff all very helpful with special mention to Francesco who was particularly helpful with directions to the most popular sights in the city.

I stayed at the hotel for six nights during September 2023. Here is a summary of my experience: Pros: 1. Close to metro station Bologna which is a few stations ride from the colosseum and other tourist attractions. 2. Room was clean and air conditioning works well. 3. Internet service (WiFi) was free and was adequate for doing email and simple web browsing. I did not tried to stream a movie. 4. Hotel personnel was always helpful. Cons: 1. Replenishing supplies was not automatic. I had to go to the lobby and asked for another roll of toilet paper, and in another instance I visited the lobby to get facial tissue papers. 2. The clothing closet was tiny. Three hangers and two small drawers. I had to keep some of my clothes in the suitcase. 3. The hotel offer a breakfast for 8 euros and a buffet breakfast for 16 euros. This is overpriced for what you will be getting. There are two wonderful cafes across the street that offer better choices and excellent service for about 4-6 euros. 4. The hotel room is well isolated from street noise, but isolation between rooms is very poor. I could hear everything my neighbor said when talking on the phone. I also woke up at 5:00 am from the alarm he set up when leaving early.

Location of the hotel is good. Although bit far from historical center - easy connectivity by bus and metro. Room was nice and clean with comfortable bed and all required basic amenities.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
