        I stayed 3 nights at Mercure Samui. It's a fantastic and wonderful experience for the whole stay, staff were friendly & helpful on every aspect of services, hotel upgraded us to a deluxe room facing to ocean view. Hotel location is lining up to seashore & providing many sunshine facilities for the guests, so everyone could enjoy the swimming time at hotel swimming pool together at ocean as well. Every day, hotel provided 2 free bottles of water in the room after room services, I saw many guests enjoyed the pretty view from room balcony. The breakfast was also fine with so many choices for Asian or western guests who could get the tables dining closing to swimming pool as well as sea view. The overall of this hotel is an excellent one that I highly recommended to other tourists.

        Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and great facilities! We stayed in a room with pool access which I can recommend. Very happy with the stay and would definitely come back. The only con was that they allow people who aren’t staying at the hotel to purchase sun-beds (to use for the entire day). This isn’t the best as they do not have that many sun-beds available, which means the guest of the hotel tend to try and “reserve” sun-beds early on in the morning and some are left without a spot. They said that they only offer this during the low season, but given the ratio of guest vs. Sun-beds, my recommendation would be to save those for your guests rather than to earn a few hundred extra baht from outsiders.

        The best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Thailand this year and one of the best hotels I've stayed at overall. Staff and service are all outstanding. Very clean. Outdoor pool area which extends down to the beach was my highlight. I also left a phone charger and adapter behind in my room and the hotel staff were kind enough to send to my next hotel in Phuket. Amazing!

        The rooms are excellent like a 5* hotel but the service need to be improved (now it's feel like 3*). We asked many times for things like water and they said we ll send you to your room, but no one came. You have to ask many times. Also they are cheap to give you toilet kit and stuffs. The housekeer took our bottle of water from our room because we had 4..

        If this incident wouldn't have occurred, it was a 5/5 for me. Everything is just perfect. Our check in was smooth, amazing staff, superb location, delicious food. However, at check out, we had requested a 30 min or 1 hr extension for our room (whatever is possible). Being Accor members, we've had this benefit across all properties and this was the first time Ms Dee rudely said a no to us. Firstly, I don't think she has the right mannerism to speak to customers and secondly, after this incident, when I asked help on a separate event, her colleagues were about to help me, but she told them not to!! So childish. Horrible attitude and don't expect this kind of hospitality in such a big chain of hotels. Ruined our amazing experience we had.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
