Maybe not the most attractive exteriors, but a comfortable hotel, the roof terrace is excellent, great views and great food. We had an early flight, and the staff were really helpful in helping book a taxi for us. Would have liked to have stayed longer

Bed is located opposite air condition vent and room temperature keep on changing in middle of night at times you feel too much hot or sometimes too cold. Also bed mattress is too thick, and the pillow do not justify same comfort. Also, the extra bed edges are sharp from bottom, got a cut as well.

Beautiful hotel with character, at the edge of the old town area. Rooms were tasteful, clean and comfortable. Nice quiet bar next to lobby and also a great rooftop bar with views. Amazing steak restaurant Asado located in the hotel, I’ve given it a separate review. Would definitely stay again if I come back!

My wife and I travel all over the world and usually stay at a preferred hotel brand, but at the last minute we decided to stay at the Hotel Mecure in Tbilisi based on a recommendation from a friend. And he was right, this is a fantastic hotel! Staff, location, modern, very clean, and to top it off, my wife and I had the best steak of our lives at the hotels Asado Steakhouse! Came here to learn about Georgian wines (we own and operate a winery in the Finger Lakes Region of New York), and even after travelling throughout Georgia's wine region, we learned more about wine and the best Georgia has to offer from the hotel staff, particularly Luka! Thank you Hotel Mercure for providing such a wonderful place in the heart of such a charming city with so much history!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
