The hotel was perfectly located in Ginza with convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants literally within a minute’s walk. The room was comfortable and had everything that we needed albeit for 2 people. A family of 4 would find the room a bit snug. Having access to the subway through the basement is great although it is not open before 7:00 on the weekends.

Small but comfortable room, bathroom require some updates though. Good enough breakfast though sometimes you would need to wait a little for a table, given the small size of a restaurant there would be no other option if you'd want to have a meal in the hotel. Overall, good enough for solo travelers, I would not recommended it for a family stay, especially with children.

Great hotel for exploring Ginza and other areas of Tokyo since it sits right on top of a metro stop. Rooms are spotlessly clean, a little small maybe, but very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Breakfast is served in a room a bit to small for the number of guests and get easily crowded The variety and quality of food is very high and spans from typical Japanese to continental. Great value for the location.

We loved our stay for 4 nights in the Ginza location. Wonderful food and shopping nearby, and a subway station beneath the hoel. I felt the reception area was quite cluttered with staff, guests checking in/out and luggage, but I understand some renovations may be underway. The same in the dining area at breakfast, which had a lovely selection on offer. The restaurant is currently not open for lunch or dinner, but there are literally hundreds off eating choices nearby. Staff were professional and helpful, but could have been a little 'warmer'. Room was small, as 99% of rooms are in Japan, but all amenities were provided to a high level of cleanliness. No guest laundry. I would stay again.

The room is small but comfortable and well designed to maximize the space. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is OK, good taste. Located in the center of Ginza, the hotel is very quiet.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
