Very nice and relaxing stay at Mercury! Location is 10min motorbike ride from the main hustle and bustle or 2mins bike ride the opposite way for something more local. Swim up bar at the pool was very nice but the sunsets here were quite impressive! Breakfast buffet was pretty good aswell 👍👍

Stayed 5 nights here in Luxury Pool Villa. Love everything in this hotel. Best value. Staffs are nice, breakfast buffet has wide choices and taste good. Rooms are comfy & clean. The ambience of the hotel was quite and peaceful. Love the hotel beach. Very clean, quite and private. Nice to swim and the bottom is all fine sand. No mud or rocks. Had lunch at the main pool bar. The food was pretty good and very reasonable priced. Location wise is perfect for us, but might be not so convenient if you dont ride a motorbike. Its just 7 mins from the airport. 10mins bike ride to the busy and happening town with full of bars & restaurants. 20mins bike ride to night market. You can also easily call a Grab car to the town (averagely 70k - 100k VND) Highly recommended 👍

I stayed here during the PSSF event and it was underwhelming to say the least. First of all, when I checked in, I was not given any info or overview although some other people did. The staff seemed overwhelmed and extremely disorganized. So many people in my group had issues trying to communicate as barely any of the staff understand english. I told them twice I wanted to reserve airport pickup for my boyfriend, and gave them his ticket number, flight number, name, and arrival time. They still failed to pick him up!! He even tried calling the hotel from the airport and no one picked up. When ordering food, I had to use a translator because they couldn’t understand me. Multiple people in my group had issues with their rooms including no working air conditioner, no working water, weak water pressure, and one person didn’t have a working keycard despite complaining twice and trying 3 different cards. We had a lizard on our ceiling that kept us up at night. Thank goodness we didn’t have to perform on that day, because if we did, it would have been an even more stressful situation. Unacceptable service for a supposedly 4-star resort. For the positive points: the food was good although overpriced. The pool and beach areas were clean and relaxing. The dogs around the area were cute and enjoy being petted. Please hire staff that can actually communicate with customers from overseas!!!!!!!!

Located in very nice location near to airport and next to beach. Luxury pool villa are very nice and worth to spent money. Breakfast is very nice and have varieties. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. They have motorbike rental service too on demand. Will definitely visit there again next time. Must recommended.

Water pressure was super weak. Staff was disorganized and majority couldn't speak english. It was hard to get any message across because of the language barrier. Service should have been better than it was.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
