        Nice location, unfortunately some of the staff were not very polite and rather rude, would rather answer a text on their phone than listen to a customer. I booked a deluxe double room and the bed was not even a double bed, door to the bathroom was sliding and not straight. Could feel the springs in the bed. Room itself was tiny and definitely could not be described as “deluxe” quite disappointing overall the only saving grace was the location which is close to the underground station but unfortunately does not make up for the abysmal service and room.

        Amazing hotel & amazing staff. Mohamed & Ahmad we’re great and helped us tremendously. The hotel is super clean and nice, I enjoyed my stay so much. The area is very convenient as it’s right by the train station. And the hotel is in a very beautiful neighborhood. I will definitely be back and highly recommend staying.

        Had an enjoyable stay at Merit Kensington. Quick check-in process (note shares reception with Oxford Kensington). Very nice new modern rooms with excellent bathrooms, very upmarket with nice towels and amenities. Excellent location next to Earls Court underground station. Did have an issue with safe not functioning, which could not be fixed despite efforts of staff. We were on lower ground floor so no views from our window. Otherwise, for the price for Kensington, an excellent and great value hotel!

        Amazing hotel & amazing staff. Mohamed & Ahmad we’re great and helped us tremendously. The hotel is super clean and nice, I enjoyed my stay so much.         I usually don't take writing reviews seriously, as I often think that hotels and other service oriented businesses may not pay much attention to negative feedback. However, I feel compelled to share my experience at the Merit Kensington Hotel, where we stayed from December 23rd to January 2nd, 2024. Despite being labeled as a four star hotel, my experience led me to consider it more of a two star establishment. First and foremost, there was no assistance available for carrying our bags to the room. Maneuvering through the narrow spaces and corridors of London buildings with three suitcases in a cramped elevator was quite challenging. The cleanliness of the hotel was another disappointment. The presence of litter on the floor was a common occurrence, and room cleaning had to be requested rather than being done automatically. Moreover, the hotel did not provide water beyond the initial two bottles given upon arrival. The inconveniences continued with the lack of in room services. Making an international call required a visit to the reception, as there was no system for handling calls in the rooms. Additionally, if one wanted to order food or drinks, a trip to the reception was necessary, as they did not offer room delivery. Perhaps most frustrating was the attitude of some of the receptionists. While not all displayed poor behavior, it left me questioning the hotel's four star rating. In my experience, it felt more like a two star accommodation. Thank you.

        Nice hotel. Rooms are VERY clean and modern. Have stayed here three times. Standard rooms are small and have little view. Like view of a wall! But are still the same excellent quality, including the ensuite. Definitely a solid 4* quality

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
