        Good walking distance from Termini. Rooms are small, but have AC. Shower is small but works well. Little noisy during day but totally fine at night.

        Chose this place based on location to Termini, and cost as it was only for one night. Attendant was pleasant and helpful. Rooms are fine for price point. But be aware that this place smells quite badly of cigarettes, is on a very noisy street and AC is quite weak and extremely loud. We got very little sleep.

        We spent the majority of our time exploring Rome so only needed the basics, and that is exactly what we got! Facilities worked perfectly, room was small but cozy and staff were really lovely and friendly. Stayed in May so wasn’t too hot - would recommend for a weekend getaway!

        Very good hotel witb good service.Our booking was from 2 PM and we are waiting in the reception for 30 min. Then they clean the room asap and gave it to us. So i recomended to this hotel as the hotel is city of rome and everytbing is near this.

If you want to sue me for deffamatory statement, be my guest. Actually, given the situation, others would use another stronger word for qualifying "Merulana Star Hotel" behavior... Wether you are past or present owner of "Merulana Star Hotel" (or if you are using the commercial name of "Merulana Star Hotel" for business), you are responsible for any order placed with "Merulana Star Hotel", whoever is behind this commercial name. Given the fact that "Merulana Star Hotel" is always OK with taking the money but then no more OK with providing the "service" as a counter part of a payment, any Trade Court in France will follow my position : this is crystal clear for any business case in France actually... Good luck if you want to use the argument "I am Merulana Star Hotel but I am not responsible for Merulana Star Hotel comitments" As long as I consider "Merulana Star Hotel" (again.. whoever is behind this commercial name...) not following its commitment, I will consider as beeing my personal duty of making sure that most of your customers and prospects will be aware of "Merulana Star Hotel" business behavior before ordering with "Merulana Star Hotel", in my case : taking the money and then refuse to provide any service.           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
