The staff was kind and the place was clean as per most Japanese hotels. Our package includes an dinner and breakfast. We also got an in suite bath which is a nice addition. The food was great and the we got to eat in our Yukata at their restaurant. The public bath is in the basement with free locker. Keep watch on which side the genders is as they switch daily.

The hotel is located near the Gora Station, may be about 10 minutes' walk. However it is not recommended if you have heavy or more than one piece of luggage as you need to walk a rather steep street to reach the hotel. The hotel did provide pick up service from the station but only in the afternoon and you are lucky if you arrived at the appropriate time. Other than that, other things were relatively satisfactory. The front desk and restaurant staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast and dinner (we were on half-board) were so-so. They also provide free coffee (both hot and cold) in the lobby which taste good. The room is big and the bed comfortable but the room tended to be quite dark due to insufficient lighting. You can also use the spa/hot spring free. We stayed there for 2 nights after a cruise trip. Overall the hotel worth the money we paid.

We didn't want a traditional communal hot spa so we paid to get an upgrade to our room so we could have a private one and that was fairly costly just to get a bathtub on a balcony! The beds were a little hard for my partner but I'm still leaving a 5 star review because we thought that the concierge who assisted us, Becky (an American/Japanese) was lovely and even took the time to draw out a map of all the restaurants nearby with their closing times to give to the patrons. Pity it was her last day when we were there yesterday! Good luck with your new job in Kyoto hon! =)

Just a 10 minute uphill walk from the Gora station. Big, spacious room with only a few dim lights. Their onsen is clean and open for 24 hours, although there's a few hours window time for tidying up. Their traditional Japanese dinner was good. The breakfast is ordinary, but still delicious. The hotel is close to Hakone Gora Park, a beautiful park that nature lovers would like very much.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
