This is one of the cosiest hotels in Barcelona. Wonderful breakfast and super friendly staff. The rooms are quite small, but that is compensated by the historic modernist/Gaudí building in the center of the city, and the friendly & accommodating staff. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible experience at this hotel . The hotel itself was beautiful , and very clean. The room was just as described and like the pictures posted online , it was absolutely spotless and I couldn’t fault it . We had no issues with street noise and thought the hotel was very quiet and we visited in a peak time . The breakfast was great, a good range of different options and tasted great. The breakfast room was very big and light and had a of space , with an outside terrace too. The staff were friendly and helpful.The location was good and was central to everything we needed including bus connections to the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Barcelona.

We always stay here and consistently impressed. Great location, short walk to town while being far enough away from the super hectic areas. They have sparkling water on tap on each floor where you can refill bottles. Clean rooms with huge high ceilings, lovely staff. Perfect for couples. Great value.

Staying here now. Rooms ok but no windows! But staff, service is bad. Overall not worth the money. I put a clean my room in the before going out, came back in evening with do not disturb sign. I went in the room everything was as I left it, it hadn't been cleaned. When I complained at reception they just said because you left it with do not disturb sign. It appears housekeeping like to take shortcuts. I wouldnt recommend this place especially at the price you pay.

We got robbed by the cleaners!!!!! Went into my bag the first night and stole £500 in British notes. Manager refused to investigate and decided to call security to have us removed! We paid £800 for a tiny smelly room. Another guest had their money stolen from the room. I believe the staff operated a gang of cleaners who literally come go into rooms stealing cash and jewelry! Stay AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! nothing like the pictures .... our view from the window was a WALL! Staff are all family related and work together to protect the cleaners from stealing!!!! CCTV was ignored! Worse place ever.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
