The rooms and comfortable beds were great, but what made this hotel the best is the service! Everyone in the staff was very nice- Valentina and Bobby took great care of us and even gave us some tourism tips. Dexter hooked up warming up our food we brought back from a restaurant, really they all went out of their way to make our stay, and our trip incredible.

Just stayed here for a long weekend with my Wife. Overall really enjoyed our stay - rooms were immaculately clean, and the overall vibe of the hotel was lovely. Staff were all attentive and helpful. However, breakfast options could have had a little more variety (same spread every day) and the location, although very close to metro/tram/train stations, left a lot to be desired. Many thanks to the staff for our enjoyable weekend in Amsterdam!

Thank you Met for your coziness, friendliness & cleanliness. I would recommend to any of my friends travelling to Amsterdam. I had many great sleeps & many great eats here. My only minor feedback would be some firmer pillows & a more diverse brekky buffet (although what was out was delicious!) It is a little out of the hustle & bustle of the city which we enjoyed but means a short walk to public transport (a good chance to get your step count up).

All-around wonderful stay at the Met Amsterdam. The staff is so welcoming. Niko really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The morning breakfast is delicious. The beds are comfortable and rooms are stylish. And the food was really superb in the on-site restaurant. We chose to eat there a couple nights because it was so good, from the warm bread to the pizzas and the vegan burger with fries. We mostly took Uber into the city center for site seeing, and that worked well. It was nice to have a quieter location to come back to in the evenings. Would stay again for sure.

More stylish than comfortable. Staff is very pleasant. All the rooms are on 1st floor. Floors are stone cold. Breakfast is quite simple - toasts, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese and some sweet stuff. Restaurant is ok for the price. Very clean Surrounding area is hideous, but train/metro station is conveniently close Overall good, but I wouldn’t pay extra to stay here again. Thanks again to the staff, very pleasant people to meet

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
