LOCATION: Best as it is near to the city centre/old city a 10mins walk. Also near to sulfur baths, this is highly recommended. They have a terrace overlooking Tbilisi as well. STAFF: Professional and kind, they are also fluent in english so no difficulty in communication. Kudos to Mr. Eric who entertained us for an early checkin at 5am of course with additional pay but checkin was smooth. CLEANLINESS: 5/5 as they always clean the room everyday and providing new towels and toiletries. FOOD: Breakfast is included in our stay, food are tasty and dining area is clean, kudos to the lady attendant as she keeps the area clean and organized, refilling every now and then the almost consumed foods. Observation for improvement to increase the range of wifi as most of the time, signal is not reaching on the bed side, you need to go closer to the door. Will definitely book in Metheki for our 2nd visit in case given the chance.

I have a bad experience regarding this hotel one rude sleeping night shift security rudely approach me on the lounge area around 5am minding my phone, i will admit if i was wrong that the volume on my phone is a little bit loud, but he approach me rudely and ask me to go back to my room because i woke him up from his nap… i dont mind being reminded and corrected on my mistake but there is a correct way how to approach your customer, if you don’t want to ruin your vacation, go to other hotels, specially filipinos who is customs to politeness and my colleague in aviation industry ETIHAD AIRWAYS and EMIRATES ENGINEERING big NO NO to this place better have an accommodation near the new city like IBIS HOTEL around 120gel per day…

The hotel may not be as big, however its services are amazing. The staff are really polite. Surely, that would be a " go to" place for us the next time we visit Tbilisi

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
