        These apartments need a major freshen up and made lighter and brighter . The location is fab but not good enough having stains and couches that have stuffing coming out , tv aerial doesn’t work, towels thin as , generally disappointing when you have a family in tow! A general little reno would make these apartments so much more appealing then the photos which don’t show the true character which they actually are. Staff were great I will add but feel bad for them having to put up with complaints from holiday goers . The owners need to get with the times and spend a little bit of money to freshen it up and change the hallway wall colours. Looks dingy tbh!

        My mother brought me here for my 30th birthday and we had a great stay. Every thing was clean, besides the quilt. The shower was great, had a view, super comfy beds and pillows with extra blankets, and great aircon. The service at the desk on arrival was also lovely. They lost a star because I called for extra milks (we were given 4 of those tiny ones they give at hotels with the tea & coffee) and they wouldn’t give any, but nicely recommended a street with coffee shops, and because of the dirty quilt. Would have been lovely for each of us to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning instead of having to walk around darling harbour.

        Walked into the room and was hit by a strong chemical smell, and not in a good way. The room is very dated and really in need of an update. The bathroom was terrible, as the shower is in the bath , and we had to stand in it ,the tub was disgusting, had soap scum and stains , it looked like it had not been cleaned properly for a very long time. There were Cracked windows, wardrobe doors fell off when we tried to slide it across, bed was average. Staff were lovely though, and location is fantastic. If the hotel had a refurbishment, it would be great.

        Photos were misleading and amenities were very poor quality (for the very few they had). We were provided 2 towels for 4 guests and there was not enough pillows. My friends and I were confronted by the general manager and told he had kept records of our licenses because he suspected we would do damage to the apartments and that he was watching us through the cameras. We hadn’t even entered our rooms at that point and I’m sure he hadn’t said that to any other of his customers. We felt extremely mistreated and attacked despite not doing a single thing wrong. Apartment was absolute bare minimum… you’re better off paying extra for another hotel that actually puts effort into customer service. The one star is for the friendly receptionist.

          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
