        The apartment was small for such a dear price. Cleanliness was so-so. I have worked as a hotel attendant 6 years ago so i know what to look for and what to expect. The staff were friendly but asked a lot of personal questions and me being me i couldn’t even lie and not entertain the conversation. Not saying he wasn’t friendly or anything but just my rant. If the rooms were clean id look past everything but it is what it is and whats with two-three small packets of milk for 2 people, i expected a lot of amenities for such a dear price. I also found a tub of used lip balm in the living area which further shows the attention paid towards cleaning and please find a place for spare bedding somewhere else, not in the closet inside black bin liners. Almost forgot about the bed, the double bed is made by joining two single beds together, just get a double bed or don’t advertise the room has a double bed. It would be fine if both the beds were the same height but nah one was slightly shorter than the other. Not saying it is unliveable for 2 days but i expected better. The ac in the bedroom doesn’t work which isn’t advertised and you find out via a sign stuck near the bedroom ac.

        Unfortunately photos did not represent our room. We walked into a room with badly stained carpet. Almost looked like chewing gum in the carpet. There was also a rug on the carpet that was filthy. I'd hate to think what was under the rug. The blind to the balcony was falling off the wall and there was a big stain on the curtain. The door lock on the balcony door didn't lock and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Credit to reception after we called to cancel our second night stay and get a refund for this they gave us a full credit with no hassles and discounted our stay for the night we had to stay there.

        A very run down apartment. The carpet was stained, the sliding door to the verandah couldn't lock, the curtains were broken off the hooks in some places, the walls in the bathroom had dirty marks as did the the floor around the vanity. We arrived late with 2 kids so reluctantly stayed one night and cancelled and changed accommodation the second night. To their credit they did refund the second night and discounted the first night.

        Metro Apartments was a fine room in the CBD of Sydney. Was great for ease of access and closeness to everything. However I did not fit under the shower as a tall individual and their was mold on the roof of the bath room as well as an extremely dusty vent. The wifi was so bottlenecked to actually not work. Overall it was a room to sleep in but no bells and whistles to be found.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
