The room did its purpose considering this was a last minute booking. The room was clean when we got in. They provided a sachet of shampoo and two tiny soaps, no toothpaste. They charge 300 pesos for early check ins and 50 pesos for extra towels. Apparently they’ll also charge you 500 pesos if you ever get stains on the sheets. You’ll hear people going in and out of their rooms all the time and the walls are thin but it’s enough to not hear conversations, you will hear some people yelling in the hallway though. The location is near establishments but it’s not along the highway so you won’t hear any vehicles. Getting there was a little scary especially at night because there weren’t many lampposts along the way and the building was nondescript so it added to the eerie atmosphere.

Our check-in should be 12PM. We still have to wait for the housekeeping to clean our room. Policy are not well implemented and its constantly changing depending on who the receptionist is. In addition, the hotel location is not convenient. Not recommended.

Unfortunately what you see is NOT what you get online need to some serious editing NO restaurant or cafe only breakfast room Service no other food or drink serious over priced reception drinks 55 pesos for 750ml water 80 pesos for a 500ml pepsi no extra pillows or any extra after 10pm and they cost 50 pesos each a night No house keeping as they have no access Nice freindly helpful staff but they can only work with what they are given if they were given a beautiful Grand hotel I have no doubt they would be Amazing

We recently celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday together with my daughter's baptism in their poolside area. The area was just okay, nothing special. But what caught my attention is the terrible service. Imagine yourself asking the waiter for a glass of water with ice, only to be serviced with an empty glass. If you are looking for a budget friendly place to celebrate a special occasion, you might want to stay away from this hotel as there are other hotels worth spending your penny.

Small hotel with friendly staff and affordable rates. We were able to visit this place since one of our colleauge invited us to her daughter’s first birthday. They rented the poolside function hall for 4 hours which was affordable at 200+ per head. Kids will really enjoy swimming in the pool. Place is comfortable since they have a lot of working electric fans. Their food catering is also yummy. This place is recommended for those who would like to celebrate parties and other events on a budget friendy place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
