19th - 25th January: Recently visited this hotel once again after a few years (due to COVID), and everything was stunning! The staff were extremely kind and helpful. A special mention to three staff, Lee Siu Lan, Ting Sui Hong and Thomas Chan, with their service being very impressive and second to none, and should be recommended with a high reward as an incentive. The room was clean and spacious, with regular and even daily cleaning of our room. Wi-Fi speeds were also decent. It also has very close access to the MTR Prince Edward station, which makes it very easy to get around. Thank you for your hospitality, Your guests, Peter Lo JP and Angela Lo.

Stayed here last week. To preface, I had also stayed here about 4 years ago and don't remember any problems. When we arrived, our room smelled terribly of smoke and the front desk were kind enough to move us to a new room. Both rooms were "clean" but maintenance was definitely not up to par. Black mold in the showers and the carpet had so many gross stains I didn't even like looking down. Wifi signal was atrocious as well, could watch a video for 30 seconds before it would cut off. Room walls were thin, you could hear the neighbors. Definitely disappointed in the stay. Saving grace was the nice cleaning ladies, the relatively large size, and the very convenient location. If you are someone who is easily grossed out, I would not recommend this. One note to my fellow ladies: they do not have conditioner, only a combo hair wash product.

Likes clean room, good shower pressure, 9th floor’s house keeper 靜 who is hard working and very friendly and respectful. This location is perfect place, so close to Metro station, many buses stops and restaurants nearby. So convenience.

Very reasonably priced hotel for this time of the year for a hotel centrally located in the heart of Mongkok itself. Rooms are fairly clean and spacious for a hotel in Hong Kong so nothing to complain about. We were served by a very polite and hospitable receptionist by the name of Thomas and would like to give him a special shoutout for making our check-in process such a smooth and seamless one.

Room light is a little too dim. But it's quite clean and comfy. Aircond isn't adjustable. Good location. Great service. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
